Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
No. Our technicians just need safe access to your gutters. We'll send you photos of the completed work.
What's the difference between Silver and Gold?
Silver covers the two cleanings most Rockville/Bethesda homes need (spring and fall). Gold is built for homes with heavier tree coverage that need 3–4 cleanings a year, plus our top scheduling priority and repair discounts.
Can I switch or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time — just give us a call.
How is a membership billed?
You can pay annually up front or split your payments — whichever is easier for your budget.
What if you find damage while cleaning?
We'll note it, take photos, and let you know right away. Gold members get discounted rates on any repairs we recommend.
Do you clean gutters with guards/covers installed?
No — this applies to open gutters only, same as our standard cleaning service.
